to exercise my ass off

When I do not go the "Y" to exercise, I do my own step workout at home. I have purchased my own and have learned all the various routines. It's simple. Just pull the step out,plug in the music and go for 30 minutes. It is certainly a time saver if nothing else.
The one exercise I despise more than anything in this world to do are Abdominals. I hate sit ups,crunches and anything that deals with ab's. BUT...I have to do this. So, I do it.

It's so stupid it's fun,ya know. I don't care what anyone says. I love her music. I love her spirit. I have also read both of her books "If Only" and "Just For The Record." Geri (not Ginger) has a great story to tell. Much to critics dismay,both of these books were on the European Best Seller Lists. Another reason why I never rely on the tips of critics. I'll be the judge of what I like thank you very much. Her remake of "These Boots Are Made For Walking" is really cool too.

These next few days are going to be very hectic for me. My sister is flying in tonight. So, at 9:00 p.m. I will be driving roughly a total of 100 miles to retrieve her from her 10:30 pm flight at ORF airport. She will be staying with Mark and I until Sunday night. Great food (I hope) and enveloped with the ones I love I am looking forward to the holiday.....and NO DIETING.. YAHHHH!!!!!
