Full Steam Ahead

To date I have lost 12 pounds and almost 3 inches from waist since I have began *Trim Spa. My nephew went with my to the Y.M.C.A yesterday evening. I did my step class and he attended his karate lesson.
Now...A.J. (my nephew) is totally into this karate class. He is so into it. His class ended before mine so he waited in my class until I was done. Now we all know that children can be brutally honest. They pick up on things and sometimes will SAY exactly what they think. While gathering my belongings for us to leave he said the following to me

A.J: Unc, why do you do that stuff in there

Me: Because Unc is trying to lose some weight so he can live longer. You know the medicine that you see Unc take?

A.J.: Yeah.

Me: Well that's for my heart. Your Unc has high blood pressure. That means my heart is working alot harder than it really should be. After a while, Unc's heart is going to get tired from working so hard all the time and may stop working.

A.J: Does that mean that you are going to die?

Me: Well, Unc is doing all these things so that it doesn't happen for a very very long time.

A.J: Well that's good...cause I don't want you to die. I want the christmas present you got me and Uncle Mark might not know where you put it.
