I've Come A Long Way Baby

Ok...First the *Trim Spa......So far this stuff IS working. Now, minus the day that I didn't take it, I have NOT been hungry. I am going to wait a bit before I step onto the scale to see the results. Now, for $40.00 a fucking bottle, this shit better give me some results.
I have been exercising, going to the gym everyday,drinking lots of water and basically living by the "diet bible."
I look forward to exercising now. I no longer dread it. Many months ago, I wrote how my first expierence at the Y.M.C.A went, how miserable I was, and not to mention all those skinny evil bitches and how cruel they can be while exercising AND in "The Zone."
I ran into Gary while at the Y.M.C.A. You remember him, he was the really hot,straight guy who teaches that SPIN class they talked my fat ass into doing that day during my initial tour. Little did I know that when he jumped onto his bike,pushed play on the CD player, he turned his "SPIN" class into the fucking Tour De' France. Had my fat ass pedaling up imaginary hills,standing up on the bike pedaling complete with arm extensions and screaming "We Can Do This...One Stroke At A Time." Lord, can I tell you...I thought my fat ass was HAVING a stroke.
It was great to see him though.
Anyway, I have signed my nephew up for KARATE lessons and while he is doing that I will once again attempt the "SPIN" class. Except this time when Gary screams "Get out of your zone and into someplace new." I will not remove myself from the bike,jump into my jeep and head to K.F.C.
