Sorry For Not Blogging....But I Do Have Some Great News.

It seems like forever since I last wrote something. The headline of my last entry says WED...but it was really Tuesday. I have my blogger zone time set ahead. Call it cheating if you want.

I had a very interesting proposition arrive my way be email. No...get your minds out of the gutter...it's nothing sexual and does not involve anyone I know personally. I don't want to say anything just yet, I am superstitious in the fact that I am afraid If i do say something it will not pan out.
What I will say is that I was very surprised that someone enjoyed reading my blog and the things that have occured to me in my life and thinks it may be important enough. I have spoken on the phone twice with this gentleman and have had Mark do some background research.......So we will see.

Anyway, today I arose to find it snowing. Huge snowflakes that were coming down steadily. I knew that because of the size of the snowflakes, it wouldnt last long...it was still refreshing to see it. Quite nice here around the holiday. Seeing the snow, reminded me of a time when I was a kid and I attempted to make snow cream for my sisters and I.
It hadn't snowed all that much, but I went outside to collect the snow and my sisters and I were excited. I had taken a pot from my moms kitchen and we began scooping. Unfortuantely, my sisters nor I bothered to think that scooping snow from the driveway could prove to be hazardous. Scooping the snow, we were laughing and talking, not noticing that with the snow we were also scooping smalls bits of dirt,rocks and grass.....we did however notice it as we attempted to eat the snow cream we later made. Spitting out grass,dirt and pebbles...our mouths gritty as hell.
That is an enjoyable memory though now. Reminds me how kids can get so fascinated,head strong and determined totally unaware of consequences.
