Belinda Carlisle........... AN INTERVIEWERS WORST NIGHTMARE???

While being interviewed by Chaunce Hayden of STEPPIN' OUT Magazine, Former Go-Go turned pop princess (Belinda still has a HUGE following over seas), Belinda Carlisle supposedly went into full screaming Diva mode.

When asked: "During your difficult years with substance abuse, just how bad was it?" Belinda is said to have ripped into Hayden, screaming, "If you need to know about that, why don't you read about a dozen other magazines that I've already told that story in! I am so sick of people asking me that question........If you want to know the answer, go look it up!!" Things got even more heated when Belinda was asked what she thinks of today's young pop stars: Rolling her eyes and snarling her lip she stated "Who cares about them!! I know I don't!!
Chuance Hayden said, "I've interviewed over 1,000 celebrities, and hands down, Belinda Carlisle is the biggest BITCH I have ever encountered."

I have heard numerous times that Belinda Carlisle has a reputation for being a bitch. I actually saw this side of her when in 2001, I saw The Go-Go's in concert at the 9:30 Club in Washington D.C. When guitarist Jane Weidlen announced the next song incorrectly, Belinda looked over in disgust at Jane and said into the microphone" That is NOT the song...You will have to excuse her, she has had way too much to drink."

But, many female artists are known to be this way. Madonna made a career of being bitchy. You can see first hand in her documentary TRUTH OR DARE. But I can see Belinda's point in the matter of her and the interviewer. Just how differently can you answer a question you have been asked a billion times??? Let it go already.
