While touring Australia with Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Nicks sat down with The HERALDS SUN for an interview. When asked her thoughts on the Madonna and Britney Spears MTV Video Music Awards kiss, Stevie stated: "First of all, Madonna is too old to be kissing someone who is 22....I thought it was the most obnoxious moment in television history." Though I love you Stevie...I can think of a few more obnoxious themed moments on television that far out sicken the "Kiss"...Like when Paula Abdul wore that hideous outfit while performing on the VMA's many years ago.

In the new issue of BLENDER Magazine,1001 Songs To Download Right Now, musicians listed songs to download. Liz Phair listed BLEED TO LOVE HER on her list at #9. Mandy Moore listed DREAMS at #8 and rock band member Will McCraken of THE USED's listed EDGE OF 17 at #15.

The October 3rd issue of ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY had an article about the new John Black Movie SCHOOL OF ROCK with the following mention about of Stevie Nicks. "Joan Cusack is pinpoint funny as the uptight principal with a secret jones for Stevie Nicks"........In the movie, Stevie is mentioned when John Black and Joan Cusacks characters are in a bar and the song EDGE OF SEVENTEEN comes on. John is seen dancing with his arms stretched outwards mimicking Stevie's dance moves while Joan Cusack's character states excitedly "I love this song....It's Stevie Nicks!!!!"
