Preparing For My Favorite Holiday Of All

Halloween is by far, my favorite holiday of all. I love the decorations, I love the darkness of it all and mostly, i love the candy.
My nephew is all prepared to be Freddy Krueger from Nightmare On Elm Street. He has also requested that Mark and I accompany him, my neice and my sister druing the Trick Or Treating expedition. His one rule is that we all have to dress up too. Which is A-OK with me, Mark on the other hand is not looking forward to it. LOL.
For $50.00 I purchased a Michael Myers (HALLOWEEN FAME) mask, i got the cover-alls, knife and black shoes to match. Mark is going to be that Grim Reaper thing from the SCREAM movies, my neice is going to be a Butterfly Princess and my sister is going to be a witch.....which I think is sooo fitting.
I have the house all decorated. Lots of Pumpkins, candles, witches and ghosts everywhere. My cat nearly has a stroke when he passes by the motion sensored statue witch.
My friend Debbie and her boyfriend have decided that they are going to throw an 80's party in March/April, so we are in the midst of pre-planning music, costumes and such for that. I think an 80's party is a totally cool idea....and i have no idea who I am going to dress up as for that. Most of you would think..."Lord have mercy....he is going to dress as Stevie Nicks" but you are wrong.....there is no way, i can do Stevie any kind of justice with my fat ass drapped in Chiffon and suede high platform boots. So if you have any ideas for an 80's party costume let me know.
