Evil Does Not Pay.........So, You're Going Down!!!!!

My best friend Marie called me last night. I knew it had to be something important in order for her to call me at 12:30 in the morning. It seems that Marie has been fired from her job. She was suspended pending investigation due to her notifing the nurse manager that she would be unable to work anymore night shifts because she has no sitter for her two children. Her family is no help with watching the children and the father has found a new "play toy" so he is seen very rarely. I could not believe that they would actually FIRE her because of this. As a woman with two children, Lynn should understand more than anyone how hard it is.

I use to work for this same company that Marie was let go from. And the hospitol as a whole SUCKS management wise. Marie said to me, "What am I going to do...I have no income now." Now, her and I have been friends for nearly 10 years and if it's anything that I know of Marie it is that she is GREAT friend, mother and nurse. There is no way in hell that I will not help her. i told her she has NOTHING to worry about. Mark and I will see that she has money to pay her bills and WE will see to it that she has a job. See, the D.O.N. (Director Of Nursing) and I go way back. We use to be friends at one time. She is not perfect by any means and this new poistion has gone to her head. It has swelled up as much as her body as of late. See....it doesn't pay to treat people nasty and common when you are far from perfect yourself. When Lynn (the D.O.N.) and I were friends, I covered for her ALOT when she was having an affair on her husband. I lied and said we went shopping for the day when we actually didn't. I know that her youngest daughter is NOT her husbands and is actually the child of the affair she had all those years. Her and I worked in The Emergency Room together back in these days. Then....Lynn had a chance for advacement, took it, left us and then forgot about us. When problems arose she was of NO help to us "little people" anymore. She stopped returning phone calls, she found new friends and well....you get the message.

So, I asked Marie who was it that called her and told her she was fired? She stated "Who else, Lynn." Well this is it, This is war. It's On!!!!! I told Marie, Monday first thing in the morning file for a grievance. Then, make an appointment to see her personel file. Let me know when it is and i will be there with her. I'm sure that after Lynn and I have a "talk" she will be reminded where she did infact "come from" and also quickly understand that it is pure wrong to fire someone who is a single mother with two very young children, who comes to work everyday to place food in their mouths and clothes on their back AND a roof over their head.....And IF she doesn't see things MY way..I'm sure all the people who read our local newspaper WILL. So, Lynn IF you want to play the way of EVIL.....Bring IT ON Bitch!!!!! You're going down.
