Only one word to do describe the weather here at the present moment. FREEZING!!!!!!!
A winter storm blew it's way through this area, dumping roughly 1 inch of snow, but more importantly, it dumped some freezing ass temperatures here. Outside at the moment, it is 19 degrees, with the chilly winds blowing at roughly,30 mph, making temperature actually feel about 5 below.
Mark was actually going to open the office today. I had to ask him... "Do you honestly THINK that anyone is going to go outside today? Much less go outside on the icy roads for a doctor's appointment?" So, after reality set in, he called his nurses and etc and closed the office.
Last night found us wrapping some of the family and friends Christmas. We started at 7pm and stopped at 9:00pm when Desperate Housewives began. While wrapping we played Christmas music,laughed and had a great time. Reminding me all the more, why I love this man and how happy and content I am with my life.
Below in my last post I had a comment left by Robin Parriman giving the web site dedicated to little Nick Water. Thanks so much Robin. His story,his battle,his fight has really touched my heart deeply and I include him and his family in my prayers every night and every morning. If you guys havent sent Nick a Christmas card,please find it in your hearts to do so. Do something for someone you may not know personally this holiday season.
