One of my all time favorite shows has unfortuantely run it's course with viewers. UPN's THE PARKERS is set play its final episode tonight (Monday, May 10th at 8pm est on UPN) after a six year run.

The Parkers brought many laughs year after year. When would Nickie Parker finally catch her "Boo"...Mr. Professor Ogelvee? When would her daughter Kim get a brain? When would Stevie find the love of her life? None of us knew.

What The Parkers will always be known and famous for... is simply put..... Mo'nique. She is an origional memeber of the all female comedian's star line up known as "The Queens Of Comedy" and whatever Mo'Nique is in..... she is a total scene stealer. She is real size, insanely funny and totally off the wall. No other sitcom woman can compare to her other than Delta Burke. Like Delta Burke's character Suzanne Sugarbaker, when the name Mo'Nique is mentioned you tend to assocatiate the name to her alter ego (character), Nickie Parker with her

Mo'nique is a talent. She has already been snagged by another network for a permanent gig. She is the true definition of F.A.T......Fabulous And Thick. She is a TRUE Queen Of Comedy. Yes, I am going to miss this show, can you tell, but thankfully, The Parkers is now in syndication on UPN and BET. I am going to miss hearing the famous lines every week such as....."HEY!!!! PROFESSOR!!!!", "HEY!!!!! BOO" and Nicki taking a swing at any woman who attempts to check out and or talk to the Professor. Truth be known, The Parkers ( a spin off to the now defunt UPN show MOESHA) WAS Mo'Niques show.
